Tom Rennie Sr. - President
Tom has been in the digital office equipment industry for over 30 years. He began his career in Erie, PA, and managed offices in Jamestown, Buffalo, and Rochester. After 15 years of working for a large corporation, Tom and his late partner, Frank Rudy, opened WNY Imaging Systems. They knew that they could exceed their customers' expectations by providing exceptional services as a small business, then they ever could working for a large corporation.
Tom was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania where he attended Cathedral Preparatory High School and Gannon University. Tom and his wife Annie live in West Seneca and have three children; two of them happen to be his employees. Tom is proud to be involved with SABAH, where he is currently on the board of directors. Tom enjoys playing golf, and is a member of Lancaster Country Club. During the winter months he enjoys skiing with family and friends in Western New York.
Tom's goal is to empower his associates to make decisions. His motto is: "If it is in the best interest of our customers, than it is in our best interest."
Charlene Reagan - Director of Operations
Charlene grew up as a military brat, traveling around the world to a variety of military bases. She moved to Western New York in 2007 and joined the WNY Imaging team as a customer service representative in 2009. In 2014 Charlene was promoted to Director of Operations.
Char takes care of all the customers issues or finds the right person to help you resolve any other problems. She is a kind, sweet individual that is always willing to help those in need. Char loves to play golf and spend time with her family. She really enjoys working for a small business because it has a true "team" feel that is sometimes lost in a large company.
Sarah Parker - Customer Service Representative
Sarah was born and raised in a small town outside Buffalo, NY. In 2015, she graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts with a degree in Psychology and Management. After graduation, she came home to be close to her family and joined WNY Imaging Systems in 2016. She is one of the first people you encounter when you call into the office and she loves getting to know the customers.
Sarah is a volunteer at a local animal shelter, HEART, and enjoys exploring the area, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family, but mostly her dog.
Katie Myers - Sales Manager
Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Katie Myers attended Mount St. Mary Academy for high school. She then went on to receive a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After graduation, Katie returned to her hometown of Buffalo, NY. Since joining WNY Imaging in 2012, Katie has focused on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. An active person, Katie enjoys playing various intramural sports (Goflingo); her favorite intramural sport is bowling. In her spare time she also enjoys cooking, shopping, and traveling.
In addition to being the sales manager, Katie is a total documents solutions specialist, who truly embodies our core values and is committed to finding the perfect solution for your organization!
Josh Piegay - Account Executive
Josh grew up in Buffalo, NY where he attended Bishop Timon - St. Jude for high school and was the captain of the hockey team. He continued to play club hockey and received a Bachelors Degree of Science in the field of Sports Studies at St. Bonaventure University (Go Bonnies!). After graduating, Josh continued to work for Wegmans. Over his 9 years there, he worked in many different positions, all of which had customer service as the highest priority. Josh started his career in sales working for a logistics company.
In June of 2017, he joined WNY Imaging Systems as an Account Executive where he continues to demonstrate exceptional customer service and is committed to finding the best solution for your company. In his spare time, he can be found playing hockey or golf, or by the nearest lake.
Kara Rennie-Caldiero - Account Executive
Kara grew up in West Seneca and attended Mount Mercy Academy for high school. She then went on to receive her Bachelors with a dual major in marketing and supply chain management from Duquesne University. After spending her summers in college assisting with customer service and dispatch at WNY Imaging, she decided to continue working for her father as a sales representative upon graduation in 2011. In her spare time Kara enjoys exploring new restaurants, hanging out with her dog Patch, and pretending she's athletic.
Kara is a total document solutions specialist, so whether it has to do with your printing equipment, or you are looking to digitize your paper based filing system, Kara will work out a customized plan that perfectly fits your environment.
Tom Rennie, Jr. - Account Executive
Tom Jr. grew up in West Seneca where he attended West Seneca West Senior High School. He was captain of both the men’s Soccer and Lacrosse team his senior year. He then went on to play soccer at Gannon University where he graduated college with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. After spending his summers of college doing deliveries for WNY Imaging he decided to continue working for his father as a sales representative upon graduation in 2013. Currently Tom resides in Williamsville and loves skiing and playing guitar.
Tom specializes in developing relationships by understanding his customer’s current document workflow so that he can uncover inefficiencies and propose a customized total document solution. Sean Tulumello - Account Executive
In Buffalo, New York born and raised, Sean attended Canisius in his high school days. After graduating, he went on to acquire a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Social Interaction from SUNY Oswego in 2014. Upon moving back to Buffalo, he worked in a non-profit building relationships within the community. In June 2017, Sean began working at WNY Imaging Systems as an account executive. In his down time, he likes hiking, going to concerts, and aiding the Rebel Alliance.

Joe Pazych - Service Manager
Joe started in the office equipment industry right out of college in 1981 as a service technician. He was blessed with a talent to be able to repair the equipment and interact well with customers to provide customer satisfaction. Joe worked up the ranks and became a service manager in 1989. When the company he worked with closed its doors in 2005 Joe started working with Tom Rennie, Frank Rudy and the staff here at WNY Imaging Systems; proving the old adage of when one door closes another door opens. Joe believes this provided him with the opportunity to work with a wonderful group of people where the primary goal is customer satisfaction. WNY Imaging Systems has seen much growth in the past decade and has added many new faces to the service department in the past few years. Joe finds it to be a great pleasure to work alongside so many caring individuals; he believes the successes he has enjoyed can be credited to the field service technicians that you see visiting your office when you are in need of assistance.
Anthony Esposito - Service Technician
Tony has 33 years of printer and copier repair experience, along with networking skills used for printing and scanning. Tony is very dedicated to meeting the customers’ needs, and excels at customer satisfaction. He enjoys helping the administrative staff with efficiency, and understanding printer and copier functionality and problem solving.
Bill Klepfer - Service Technician
Bill was born in Buffalo, N.Y. where he lived until age 7. He then moved all over the country with his family including Oregon, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, California, Arizona, Vermont. He finally settled back in Buffalo in 1996. Bill has 17 years of network/computer support and customer service experience. He has been a copier technician since October of 2016 and truly enjoys meeting with new customers and working on new challenges that come his way. In his time off Bill enjoys digging up history around Western New York, kayaking and spending time with his family and friends.
Daren Goerss - Service Technician
Daren Goerss grew up, and currently resides in North Tonawanda. After graduating high school, Daren completed the Machine Shop Program at Niagara Orleans Vocational Center. After graduating, he attended the Advance Training Center for Robotics. Daren has been servicing copiers and MFP’s for nearly two decades. He married to his high school sweetheart and has four children, and four young grandchildren. He enjoys gardening and spending quality time with his family. Daren is also an avid Bills and Sabres fan.
Rob Bond - Service Technician
Rob grew up in Ontario, Canada, but moved to America in 1986 when he married his wife; they have two daughters and currently live in Alden. Rob attended Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario, and Bryant & Stratton College here in Buffalo. Rob has been servicing copiers since 1990, and became WNY Imaging Systems’ first service technician when the company opened in 1999. Rob enjoys going curling in the winter, and in the summer he spends his time working on his outdoor garden railroad. Rob is a member of the WNY Garden Railroad Society and the MINI Club of WNY.
Tim Nowak - Service Technician
Tim has been a service technician since 1984. He began his career at WNY Imaging Systems in 2009
